Spacious and clean bungalows, professional and understanding boss, nice decoration in wood, good bed and separate toilet and shower, convenient location near 7/11 and tuktuk services.

Nothing it is perfect.

The owner of the guesthouse ard very helpful, the bed is the most comfortable ever:-), food are delicious, cleanliness is number one.. next time we come visit sukhothai we sure stay here:-)

The price is low. it is near to the restaurants and the night maket area in the new city.

If you like the heritage more, old city is a better choice.

I recently stayed at Tr Guesthouse for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating our late check-in and assisting us with transportation. The hotel was impeccably clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and great mattresses. The location was perfect, close to the night market and easy access to transportation. From the welcoming entrance to the delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good, how ever not included so if you want it, you have to pay for it. They have computers to use.

I indulged in delicious authentic Thai cuisine at the on-site restaurant, and had a blast exploring the vibrant old city festivities. Free WiFi and room service were a cherry on top. Both business and leisure travelers can't ask for more.

The mosquito bites were an unexpected and thrilling addition to my stay.

The location was convenient for the bus to historical site and parking was secure - free wifi worked well. It was a fair price and well managed.

The location though convenient was unattractive and the gate to the parking area was locked early so I had to leave vehicle outside . .Our room was in the main building - small dreary and with little natural light and no fridge or tv etc.- truly budget but it was clean apart from dirty bathroom mirror and OK for price. The likely (only) reason you may wish to be in the town is for the historical site so for 1 night its not such a bad choise and the bungalows in the back may be more attractive.Note that the town fills up at Loi Kratung and you will be lucky to get anywhere unless booking well in advance.

The staff were excellent and able to help with any difficulties you might face. They were able to rent motorbikes and organise tours to the historical park. Rooms were comfortable but not exactly luxury; they represent good value for the price.

The staff and owner were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, making our stay super enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The location was mind-blowingly convenient, with a bus stop to the historical park and night market just a stone's throw away. They even offered motorcycle rentals for easy access to Si Satchanalai. Plus, the superior deluxe room had a handy fridge and we could enjoy breakfast right on site. The place had an awesome courtyard where we could wash our bikes and hang our clothes. The nearby restaurants were jaw-droppingly good, and Choppers bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening market. TR Guesthouse offered a fantastic experience with its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly friendly staff.

The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the Sukhothai night market, allowing guests to easily explore the local food and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good Wi-Fi connectivity. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to lend a book about the Historic Park. Breakfast is delicious and the guesthouse offers laundry service at a reasonable price.

The bungalow could use some improvements, as there were issues with mosquitoes entering easily and the sliding doors not sliding all the way, resulting in potential accidents.

Spacious rooms. Powerful a/C. Really nice staff. We took the Dodo tour of the ruins which was great! Highly recommend and we think it was definitely worth 600 baht.

Wifi on the second floor was a little fritzy.

The hotel is located 2 km from bus station in New Sukhothai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The room is wonderful - it is quite small but it is very clean and colourful and you have everything what you need. The restaurant is very nice and the prices are not so high.

Great value for money! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with towels and bins changed daily. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the night market and shops. The guesthouse also offered free wi-fi and had two computers available for use.

The wifi in the bungalows was a bit slower, but still usable. There was some noise from nearby dance lessons in the morning, but it was manageable with earplugs.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The staff, To and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our late arrival at 2am, they warmly greeted us and assisted us with all our needs. To, being a local, had extensive knowledge about the area and provided us with invaluable information about the best places to visit. The room was of a high standard for a guesthouse, clean and stylishly decorated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, situated near the bus stop that takes you to Sukhothai Historical Park. It was also close to many restaurants, making it convenient for dining options.

There was nothing we didn't like.
